Daniel Jackman
Daniel’s primary areas of practice include personal injury, wills and estates, commercial litigation, and privacy, cybersecurity and data protection. Daniel provides client focused legal solutions. He has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice (Civil) and the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, in addition to preparing submissions at the Alberta Court of Appeal. Daniel is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association (ACTLA), and is currently a member of the Alberta CBA Privacy Committee (South Section) and Alberta CBA Personal Injury Committee.
